Welcome to Consider It Handled, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, accessing our website, or purchasing any of our packages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services

Consider It Handled, LLC provides virtual assistant, executive and personal support, lifestyle coordination, and remote online notary (RON) services. Services may be delivered on an hourly, retainer, or project-based basis as agreed.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform requested tasks.

  • Maintain timely communication to ensure smooth completion of services.

  • For RON services, comply with all state requirements (including valid ID and document readiness).

3. Fees & Payment

  • All fees are due at the time of booking or as set forth in a retainer/project agreement.

  • Payments are processed securely through our designated payment platforms.

  • Retainer packages must be prepaid monthly; unused hours do not roll over.

  • Additional hours beyond your package will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Service retainers and hourly packages are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Project-based services may require a deposit; deposits are non-refundable.

  • RON services are non-refundable once a notarial act has commenced.

  • If you cancel a booked session with less than 24 hours’ notice, fees are still payable.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all clients. Any personal, professional, or business information shared with us will remain confidential, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take every reasonable step to provide accurate, timely, and professional service, Consider It Handled, LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • For notary services, our liability is limited to the scope of the specific notarization act performed in compliance with Pennsylvania law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • A client engages in abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website, with the effective date noted above.
